Art is my passion.

The goal of my studio is to share that passion by fostering an appreciation for art and a love for the creative process in my students. To accomplish this, I have developed a curriculum that is focused on the needs of the individual in a way that makes art fun and enlightening. The lessons have been designed to develop traditional skills while at the same time integrating contemporary ideas and experimentation.

Throughout the instruction, I will help them establish an understanding of composition, proportion, and perspective. As their insight into the various elements of art (form, line, texture, shape, space, color, and value) grows, they will be encouraged to use imagination and personal creativity to make each piece their own.
